- Key Responsibilities : a: Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solutionb: Developing, testing and deploying integrations specific to Workday to meet business requirementsc: Analyzes release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing integrations.d: Use experience in Implementation Methodology to implementation projects
- Technical Experience : a. Strong knowledge in Java Language b. Experience in J2EE JMS, JNDI, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate framework, Design Patterns c. Should have worked on Web Services SOAP, REST, Industry Standards Best Practices and Database MySQL , strong SQL skills preferred, JSON, XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScriptAjax CSS and jQuery a plus
- Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
