- Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
- Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : A Provide Tier 2 Network Voice Operations support during operational incidents B Optimizes, implements and monitors Network / Voice performance C Prepare and maintain technical specification and documents, drawings and system documentation D Interpret complex technical diagram in order to affect problem resolution E Assist in the evaluation of vendor proposals with respect to the hardware, communication protocols, switching methods, access methods and tariffs and in the procurement of software
- Technical Experience : A Knowledge on Telecommunication systems and network environment knowledge of IP Protocols B Proficient knowledge in ACD, Vectoring, Voice Network Design System Administration C Assists in the deployment of Network / Voice equipment for new office build outs, domestically and internationally D Knowledge on CompTIA Covergent E Knowledge on CTP 2007, Avaya ACA, F Knowledge on Network Management G Network Security VOIP H Develops and maintains knowledge of Incident Management Tools
- Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified
