  • Project Role :Service Manager
  • Project Role Description :Own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1- Support functional analysis of key CIO Operations Processes with data gathering, data analysis, and recommendations 2- Responsible for Continuous improvement and Business Excellence in agreement with the Intelligent Operations team 3- Define solution designs and requirements needed to support the delivery of processes and workflows for AS IS and to-be processes 4- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of an ITIL process 5- Help define KPIs for the process Measure the outcomes of initiative

    • Technical Experience : 1- Working knowledge on various ITSM processes preferred Most have understanding of ITIL processes, ITIL Intermediate to Expert ITIL v4 2- Must be familiar with defining system requirements, monitoring tools, deployment tool etc 3- Data analysis skills, and good excel skills is a plus 4- Knowledge of ServiceNow and automation tools an advantage 5- Experience in process engineering, with understanding of As-Is and To-Be process mapping 6- Manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment

    • Professional Attributes : 1- Able to operate in a virtual environment 2- Flexible to conduct business in hours that are flexible with a global team 3- Good communications skills good verbal and written communication skills 4- Good relationship building skills both within team, between teams, and across geographies

    • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full-time -education

    • Additional Information : 1- Receives general direction and minimal direct supervision
