  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : - Plan and implement medium to high risk changes on high profile production Oracle systems - Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on high profile production databases - Resolve difficult/complex incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production databases and Oracle apps instances - Install, configure, patch and maintain Oracle RDBMS software - Install, configure, patch and maintain Oracle Applications 11i software

    • Technical Experience : -Significant experience / exposure on Oracle Database Administration Oracle Database and Apps Administration 8, 9, 10g Higher versions -Use of RMAN for backup DB recovery -DB performance tuning -DB capacity planning -SQL plus -Unix shell scripting -Experience of any of the following is desirable Toad, Spotlight, OEM, Statspack -Oracle Database 12c / 18c / 19c Administration -Skilled on Oracle Dataguard / DB replication -Oracle RAC single / multiple node -Putty, Idera DBartis

    • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift

    • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree -ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified -OCA / OCP
