  • Project Role :Project Control Services Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Own the overall Global Operations PMO and Pricing PMO 2 Own and participate in Service Review and Governance meetings Weekly CoreLT, Operation, internal review meetings on periodic basis 3 Own the overall key process in Operations PMO and Pricing PMO CCB, QSR, Adjustments 4 Own the MME updates and support Delivery Leadership with forecasting, review etc 5 Suggest and drive the improvement initiatives to improve the overall Ops and Pricing PMO efficiency

    • Technical Experience : 1 Drive team toward excellence delivery with keeping team moral high 2 Coach and Mentor the team on day to day BAU activities 3 Analyze the ticket volumetric trend and call out the key trends to leadership 4 Analyze the ticket trends CPI KPI and highlight the issues to Program Leadership 5 Custodian of key decisions made during different governance meetings and RAID log 6 Own and custodian of Project Reports define in contract

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Strong analytical, inter personal communication skills 2 Must possess impeccable communication skills, both in verbal and in written form 3 Proficient in identifying, analyzing and solving problems 4 Client facing experience
