    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Windows Server all versions and Editions, 2 File servers Management 3 Print Servers Management 4 SFTP and FTP Servers and sites management 5 Active Directory management 6 GPO Management 7 DNS Management 8 DHCP Management 9 Power shell reporting 10 HP DL/ BL servers, 11 Hyper-V Management 12 VMware, vCenter 6X with SRM/VR Management 13 vCenter appliance management and deployment 14 Managing snapshots 15 Working on issues related to DNS, DHCP, FTP, File server windows server etc

    • Technical Experience : 1 Working knowledge of patching the servers using SCCM 2 Working on data store issues and disk provisioning issues 3 Working on vcenter alerts on priority 4 Troubleshooting issues related to vcenter and hosted VMS 5 Working on ESX issues 6 Horizon View VDI Management 7 Installing and configuring software and Deploying new hardware 8 Hardware and Software Monitoring and alerting 9 System performance and troubleshooting issues 10 Managing security vulnerabilities of IT infrastructure

    • Professional Attributes : 1 A strong customer focus with excellent communication verbal/written and influencing skills Should be a team player and knows all channels of escalation 2 He should be aware of all the available resources and when in a crisis situation how to use them effectively

    • Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum Graduate on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT 2 Masters degree on computers and IT

    • Additional Information : 1 Flexible and 247 support requirement
