  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Technically Lead /Oversee Major Incident Bridges network Pri1s and critical issues Ensure Incident Management is achieving the goal of fast and efficient restoration of services Receives escalations and manages issues The network environment includes global Enterprise Data Centers and sites with emerging technologies eg SDN, SDDC and Virtualization as well as foundational network services eg Data routing/switching, WLAN, IPAM, remote access, load balancing within a complex and multi-vendor

    • Technical Experience : Perform assessments of client network environments as part of Reliability/Problem Management, identify gaps and performance improvement opportunities based on engineering standards and market best practices Guide and mentor L1/L2 teams Network Vulnerability remediation based on OEM, Engineering feedback Analyze and provide recommendations for emerging network technologies Participate in network infrastructures solutions hands-on engineering, configuration, testing, deployment

    • Professional Attributes : Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Proven ability to lead teams and develop network analysts, consultants and engineers Proven analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills

    • Educational Qualification : Minimum of 10 years of experience in network infrastructure solutions architecture, engineerin

    • Additional Information : Strong to expert knowledge of Routing and Switching systems; strong understanding of Routing Proto
