Job Requirements : Management and maintenance of the LAN / WAN environment Delivering and establishing projects related network implementation for clients and internal teams Relationships: Reports to: L3 NS Lead Supervises: NA External Relationships: Qualifications: Education: Diploma/BE/BTech in EC/IT/CS Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience working in a large enterprise or government institution where main responsibilities included supporting, maintaining building large network infrastructure Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting of the network issues with respect to the projects/internal environment End to end project transition Meet customer expectation by the timely delivery of all network services per the defined in OLA Deliver the result by adhering to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999 Coordination with other support functions, vendors and third party team to resolve the network
