Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements : Provide real-time technical support for environments and supported applications and technologies, including IBM Websphere MQ, Liferay Portal, Apache Webserver, Mulesoft Tcat Oracle Golden gate technologies Maintain detailed understanding of all activities in the focus technology supported by the client in the current environment Research and resolve technical issues - defined and undefined, moderately complex related to system, OS, architecture, network, performance, and web applications Maintain positive, trust-based client relationships through strong customer focus and high level of technical competent Maintain day-to-day client activities Support Production and non-Production environments, including break-fix responsibilities Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation for specific environment including 1st-contact triage for technical application problems Perform technical migrations and code migrations between environments Support High Availability DR approach for all applications Maintain security architecture related to all the environments, includes detailing security, network and monitoring requirements Compile appropriate reports ie weekly status reports, monthly performance and monthly SLA report for application specific and infrastructure components Maintain documentation regarding environment specific configuration
