Must have Skills : Genesys Contact Center Operation Good to Have Skills : Microsoft SQL Server Job Requirements : 1 Responsibilities:- a Must have Interaction Center Core Specialist certification this is must to get admin access, the course name may change with Genesys b Must have Certification on Genesys and PurecCloud will be a plus c Must have Knowledge on NICE call recording and workforce management Training and certification preferred d Must know Role is highly customer facing, need good communication skills e Must have To be able to coordinate between multiple teams Infrastructure, Telecom, Vendors etc f Good to have excellent communication skills g Good in willing to support in shifts 2 Professional Experience:- a Experienced supporting contact center technologies for 200 agents i Phone system ii Call recording iii Workforce Management
15 years of full time education
