Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Citrix XenServer Administration Job Requirements : Technical Skills:- 1 Candidate experience with citrix XenApp 76 product Experience required minimum 2 years at L2/L3 role 2 Experience in windows 2008/2012 operating system management for 3 years 3 Experience in Cloud hosted server environment setup, AWS infra experience preferred 4 Experience in server event analysis, log capturing, Citrix troubleshooting tools such as Scout 5 Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance 6 Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue 7 Knowledge of DNS,WINS, DHCP servers 8 Automation, PowerShell Scripting, VMware knowledge are plus and more preferred Non-Technical Skills:- 1 Excellent communication and conversation skills Verbal and Written 2 Good documentation and self-initiative skills 3 Should have a good customer handling skills 4 ITIL process conversant ITIL certified preferred 5 Exposure to MNC environment and larger data center support role preferred
