     Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Alarm & Event Management Good to Have Skills : Job Description Additional Comments : Must Have: 1. In-depth Knowledge of Systems Mgmt., Network Mgmt. & Application Monitoring Tools 2. Good understanding of Automation & Enterprise wide tools solution 3. Technical Solutioning Activities (Ability to develop Solutions and responses to Solution Arch, Deployment & Operations team) 4. Ability to define Road Map and Point of View towards Monitoring Tools in General 5. Ability to drive product deliverables by their own 6. Good Communication both Written and Oral Good to have: 1. Good Knowledge and understanding of HPE vendor tools. 2. Good Understanding of scripting & reporting. INFRASTRUCTURE
