Job Description

This is a Project Management Workforce management role supporting an Accenture client s SMB Sales Operations. You will be part of a wider team that is responsible for supporting the client in managing multiple geographies and markets, in activities and projects that will help grow the SMB Sales and operations unit. Your primary role will be ensuring that the various projects in play, including, facilitation, management, execution and tracking of project related tasks and activities are on track. This role would suit a candidate with 2 years of project administration support experience and excellent coordination skills.


  • Developing and maintaining strong and positive collaboration with other teams and key stakeholders.
  • Designs creates various databases for staffing and analysis
  • Effectively use project plans to focus work and ensure deadlines are met
  • Interacts with various levels of management to provide decision support and complete various scheduling related projects with minimal supervision
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the program as needed
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation as well as in involvement in creating same.
  • Continuously updating multiple rolling agendas and project and action trackers. Sharing meeting minutes surveys broad level comms to all teams.
  • Scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
  • Continuously supporting process improvement initiatives as part of the global team.
  • Governing data documentation quality and adherence to client policy and regulations.
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary


Job Qualifications

  • Ideally 2/3 years of experience in a project based or Operations role Facilitation of meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Tracking and documenting actions, risks, and issues
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in rapid paced and ever changing environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of personal accountability and self motivation
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data Previous experience with WFM tools and processes

Preferable Skills

  • Experience in using presentation software PowerPoint Google slides
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach beneficial. Solid experience in using Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets.
