Job Description

The successful candidate will work within a large financial/banking Client account providing Credit Assessment Support to customers and clients

Role & responsibilities

  • Commence credit applications and submit to our Credit/Assessment Team for further analysis.

  • Strong Customer Focus and proven commitment to customer excellence standards at all times with the ability to engage small business owners and farmers in a collaborative conversation

  • Ideally candidates should have experience/knowledge in SME lending but not a pre-requisite



Qualifications

Qualifications

  • APA Loans essential

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced Sales role would be preferable

  • Self-motivated, energetic & ability to operate on own initiative

  • Proven track record in delivering strong results against objectives

  • Experience in Customer Engagement / telephony role

  • Excellent attention to detail and be well organised

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly

  • Ideally candidates should have experience/knowledge in SME lending but not a pre-requisite

Additional Details

  • Role is a 12 month FTC initially

  • There will be 4 weeks training that will be full time on site in North County Dublin
