Job title:  Utilities Management Consultant

Location: Dublin or Cork

Also, you think about their most important questions and initiatives, such as digital disruption, net zero transition, industry convergence, growth and innovation, operating models, sustainable cost management, business transformations and more.

You will support and guide our clients through major transformational programmes.

You will be orchestrating expertise from across Accenture — Industry and functional groups, interactive, technology and operations, and have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so.

As a Management Consultant you will be part of the Utilities Industry Practice. Within this practice we help a large client portfolio deliver strategic change in an industry undergoing significant disruption. This involves a range of services including digital strategies, capital and major projects delivery, process-led transformations and technology transformations.



Qualifications

Your background

  • Relevant undergraduate/master’s degree in a technical, business or economic qualification;

  • 2-5 years of consulting experience and/or relevant industry experience in Energy or Utilities Industry;

  • You have an ability to interact with and influence stakeholders and to explain complex concepts in non-technical language;

  • You are able to plan, develop and deliver change management activities required to support successful implementation of a project or program of work;

  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills  and an ability to convey technology and business value propositions;

  • You have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

  • You have an interest in continuous development and ability to keep up to speed with the latest industry trends;
