Due to rapid growth in the last 6 months, we are seeking an experienced senior leader with senior CMO relationships. We are looking for a sharp, creative and highly motivated marketing growth leader to join our team of world-class marketing specialists at Accenture Interactive Ireland.

The successful Head of Marketing Growth will be a leader within the business and will be tasked with the following;

Delivering work that is effective for business growth and setting up the metrics and frameworks to measure the impact of the work

Business Growth through performance

Responsible for uncovering and delivering on growth opportunities with significant revenue growth expectation. Participate and lead in Business Development activities. Participate in the creation and development of annual marketing plans based on your experience. Together with agency management, lead the strategic direction and goals and be prepared to build and develop senior client relationships that will result in agency growth through pipeline development

Global Connection: Collaborate with the Global Studio Network

Connect and collaborate with Accenture’s global network of digital studios, production studios, innovation centres and beyond to deliver the best marketing operations solutions for the client.Equip, enable and encourage the wider Accenture family to understand and clearly and consistently articulate Interactive Ireland’s value proposition for their clients

RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to:       CEO – Accenture Interactive Ireland

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree or other 4-year university degree.

SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years’ marketing experience leading, designing and implementing at a senior role within a company / agency
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to articulate company vision and an ability to seek out areas of growth opportunity.
