The Interactive Early Talent Programme has 4 streams to choose from which cater to a range of interests and talents to make the most of your interactive career. When applying tell us in the questionnaire which stream is your preferred area. You will be choosing from Production, Creative, Design and our Business & Strategy stream.

Production Stream

The production department is a diverse and future focused team, who approach production challenges from multiple perspectives. We believe diversity of thinking brings you better creative production while keeping immersive storytelling at the heart.

As an Early Talent Producer, you will learn how to deliver a high quality of production on every job. Working closely with a range of teams across our business, you will learn to ensure projects are delivered from start to finish, working with the best people internally and externally as you build relationships with our third-party partners.

Responsibilities in production include:

·        Production of jobs across all mainstream mediums including Online, Radio & TV, talent booking, contract support

·        Knowledge of our in-house Creative Studio capabilities

·        The ability to work on your own initiative, prioritize tasks and to communicate any potential issues or constraints before they become critical.

Design Stream:

Are you a conceptually thinking, creative problem solver with a fine eye for detail?

Our Early Talent designers need to be comfortable coming up with creative solutions to a broad range of conceptual, technical, and visual communication challenges. You will need a strong understanding of typography, branding, composition and be trained in executing a variety of design outputs, for example, print, social content, motion graphics/video and web design.

As a creative designer, we are looking for a skilled, motivated individual who has a thirst to learn and can hit the ground running. Someone who will contribute positively to the development of our design offering and culture. (If you select this stream please have your portfolio ready on request).

 Design & Creative responsibilities include:

·        Taking briefs

·        Pitching creative concepts

·        Collaborating with teams and seeing your work through to execution.

Creative Stream:

We’re looking for Creative thinkers who love to solve problems for our clients and brands. A passion for film, digital, social, tech, print, design, animation, music and madness are all essential for our Creatives. They need to be relentlessly curious people who get turned on by big ideas. We are looking for motivated people who can learn quickly, adapt quicker, and have a really thick skin. Our industry is about constant rejection, dusting yourself off, and going again, but better this time. Generally, Creatives come in two different varieties, those who are very strong visual thinkers (art direction) and those who smith words (copywriting). Then there are also the weird fuzzy ones with blurry edges who do a bit of both, and maybe other things as well. We want to meet them all. Regardless, the ability to work in a team is essential - we don’t do solo artists, we do bands.

Duties of a creative include:

·                    Come up with amazing, I-wish-I-had-thought-of-that, ideas

·                    Collaborate with your team

·                    Pitch Creative Ideas both internally and with clients

·                    Create work the World notices.

Business, Strategy and Client Development Stream:

At Rothco | Accenture Interactive, we work across numerous diverse and future focused teams, who approach client challenges from multiple perspectives because we believe diversity of thinking brings you better solutions, faster. We don’t provide a one size fits all solution for our clients, instead we use an arsenal of tools and ways of thinking to answer our client’s challenge and build bespoke, creative, actionable strategies.

If you apply to this stream, you will have the opportunity to work across either our Interactive Consulting, Strategy or Client Account Management departments.

We are looking for strong communicators, digital natives, with a thirst to search for creative solutions for our clients, and the research skills to find them. If you are Commercially Minded, have an interest in Data analysis, Digital Marketing, Experience Strategy and Digital Media, then we want to hear from you.

·        Depending on which department you land in, your responsibilities may include: 

·        Global market trends research (e.g., impact of digital technologies on business and operating models’ transformation),

·        Research and analysis of user journeys and business requirements to design transformative customer experiences,

·        account management,

·        Developing client deliverables (presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents)

·        Supporting client and internal teams in data gathering and analyses

What you’ll learn  

Your credibility will depend on your passion for, and knowledge of the wide scope of our digital and creative landscape. We will make sure your training covers the most advanced technology and trends in the market. You will develop industry-leading specialist skills and be kept fully up to speed with the latest innovations and delivery practices. 

Training you will receive 

Once you join us our programme, you will become part of our official graduate development programme which allows you the opportunity to set your own objectives and drive your performance in soft skills, knowledge, applications and abilities. Review sessions throughout the year will track your progress against your targets and open further opportunities to maximise your potential.

What are we looking for? 

You can join Accenture from any academic discipline; we’re particularly keen on students from Digital Marketing, Business & Management, Graphic Design, Advertising & Marketing, Communications and other creative backgrounds. To be eligible to apply to our graduate programme, candidates must meet the following criteria: 

·        Possess a passion and interest in advertising and digital marketing

·        An ability to obtain and analyze information and solve problems 

·        Strong teamwork skills 

·        Capable of adapting and learning in a continuously changing digital environment 

·        An eagerness to learn, and willingness to use that curiosity to solve marketing and creative problems 

·        Availability to work on different projects/different locations 

·        Problem-Solver breaks complex problems into parts and proposes possible solutions 

·        Effective Communicator - listens to & accurately captures others’ ideas, feedback & concerns; articulates ideas in a clear & engaging manner
