Advertising Platform Sales Executive

This role provides consultative product sales and educational support for an Advertising platform to an assigned book of clients.  Successful Sales Executives will be able to quickly build rapport with their Clients and establish themselves as experts in online advertisement. Achieving full compensation for this position will be based off ability to meet or exceed sales targets / quotas.

What your day will look like (Responsibilities):

  • Contact new and existing clients (Advertising Agencies or Business Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution / product for their business goal(s)

  • Improve your client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption to maximize their business

  • Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients and take responsibility for growing revenue (by increasing product / solution sales and adoption)

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with assigned portfolio of clients

  • Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products, including guided product implementation / setup as needed

  • Present yourself as an expert on social media advertising solutions to advise, educate, and support clients on their use

  • Provide vital product insights and feedback to the supporting Engineering team

  • Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive client’s business to success

  • Own your success and work with colleagues and leaders to deliver for your Clients

  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines / quotas and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment

  • Feels comfortable establishing and nurturing a Client relationship via phone, chat or email

  • Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients

  • Has an aptitude for sales; exhibiting ability to empathize with customer and meet sales targets

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented

  • Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior

  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving client needs, industry trends, and program enhancements  

  • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with SMB customers and build relationships


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1 to 3 years working in an online sales organization with sales targets / quotas

  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media preferred

  • Ability to effectively pitch / sell advertising solutions to customer

  • Fluency in English & Romanian

  • Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
