Job Title: Energy Industry Marketing Client Experience Lead
Level: 7 - Manager
Job description –
Has responsibility for the industry’s client experience journey map based on the industry audience personas to break through the market noise and differentiate Accenture. (This includes understanding and defining the ideal associations, events, publications, social and other industry priority experiences).
• Collaborates with the MU Marketing Leads and CG Marketers to localize campaigns, ensuring the pull-through of the global campaigns is easily achievable because the CG marketers were engaged early in the process.
• Collaborates with the Content & Marketing Integration Lead to interface with other businesses and wanting to “market” to industry clients.
• Optimizes marketing programs and improves client engagement using business intelligence tools and reports.
• Manage the weekly Elevate pipeline (both Accenture and non-Accenture recommendations).
• Works with Delivery Excellence Campaign Management Team to provide brief, strategy, budget and outcomes for go-to-market execution.
Bachelors degree in markteing, communication, business, or journalism
Skills and Work Experience:
Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing and/or marketing communications roles. Oil and gas marketing experience preferred.
Deep understanding of campaign driven marketing approaches; Global perspective, understanding and interest in the Oil and Gas industry; Strong project management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines; Creative thinker, executive presence desired, be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, styles and functional groups
