Marketing & Communications Executive, Accenture Ireland (8 month Contract)

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accenture Ireland Marketing and Communications team based in our Dublin offices.

The successful candidate will develop and manage integrated marketing programmes for Accenture Ireland with a particular focus on our Financial Services business.

 

The successful candidate will help raise awareness of the Accenture brand and core services, drive client engagement, and promote our employer values and skills requirements to candidates and employees. Utilising a range of Marketing and Communications tactics including Content Marketing, Events, Social Media, Advertising, Research and Employee Communications, you will provide an integrated marketing approach that aligns to the business priorities.

 

You will be an experienced marketing professional, ideally with previous experience working in a professional services firm. You are highly organised, a self-starter and experienced in developing and executing both traditional (events, sponsorships, conferences) and digitally-enabled tactics, as part of content-based marketing campaigns. You must be a team player, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be adept at building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.

 

As a member of the broader Accenture Ireland Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with internal teams including Executive Communications, Recruitment, HR, Media & Analyst Relations, in-house and external creative agencies, as well as UK and global M&C colleagues.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support business growth through effective, targeted marketing activity that promotes the Accenture brand and capabilities to existing and prospective clients
  • Design and delivery of events, from round tables to larger corporate events
  • Curate and create content that showcases the best of our people, work and culture; such as blogs, testimonials and videos
  • Monitor latest industry trends and competitor activity
  • Track marketing performance and campaign results
  • Manage budget and resources where applicable
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships such as suppliers and creative agencies
Education - Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
 
Experience and skills required :
  • At least 5 years professional marketing and communications experience, ideally in professional services or financial services
  • Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for different channels and audiences e.g. clients, candidates and employees
  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written English and verbal skills
  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership
  • Experienced in the creation and delivery of marketing strategies ideally within a professional services organisation
