We are currently building a data science team in Dublin. The team will be performing cutting-edge data science experiment and development using the latest technologies, lean agile and DevOps enabled processes, and a Big Data / AI / Nature Language Processing / Open Un-structured Data technology Innovation. Responsibilities


Develop Solution Plans, including solution, scope, estimates, delivery model, implementation plan, assumptions, and risks.

  • Take responsibility for understanding requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution & converting them to information systems to ensure functionality
  • Coordinate with the Data Science department to identify future needs and requirements
  • Define and implement standard architecture pattern for Data Science projects
  • Produce detailed component specifications and identify, evaluate and recommend options.
  • Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements
  • Interact & coordinate with stakeholders to make sure their needs are being met
  • Understand and plan for evolutionary paths and ensure the architecture is correct for downstream deployment, scaling and sustainment
  • Transition the Solution Plan to the overall project lead by ensuring their understanding and agreement of the documented solution
  • Have a people orientated approach to work particularly when engaging with co-workers. Be a team player as well as a leader, with a keen interest on developing those around you.
  • Work across multiple project areas ensuring a high level of quality and consistency
  • Be technically strong, and have the skills to present to senior client executives and external audiences, facilitate working sessions and partner with client teams to craft pioneering engagements
  • Bring your passion for improving the world through technology innovation to our team and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment
  • Be unafraid to find the issues but be unremittingly positive in coming up with creative solutions for difficult challenges

Required Skills:


·     Experience with Data Science or Analytics projects

  • Experience gathering and analysing system requirements
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Servers
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Proven ability to work in distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Architectures (AWS & Azure Cloud)
  • Good knowledge Big Data architecture and tools
  • Knowledge of Serverless Architecture
  • Knowledge of Accenture CIO procedures is an advantage, but not required
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodology to collaborate with both internal and external teams
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an entrepreneurial bias
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
