Title: Employee Relations Lead

Level: 8- Associate Manager
Location: Dublin
 
 
As part of the HR support team for Operations, the ER Lead will partner with the HR Business Partner, Talent Supply Chain Lead, People Advisors and agency leads to drive a holistic approach to the talent agenda across the Operations business in Ireland. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic management of the ER environment, providing insight and driving initiatives to improve it on an ongoing basis while also providing case management support and advice.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as subject matter expert for labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives
  • Provide advisory support on the resolution of employee relations matters to HR, Leadership and employees
  • Design and lead training in Employee Relations for line managers across the business and helping to build a culture of proactive employee relations
  • Provide proactive analysis and reporting of all employee relations trends to HR Leadership
  • Lead out on strategic ER projects and initiatives designed to improve the ER environment
  • Responsible for coordination and deployment of policies and procedures, compliance and internal control processes across the Operations business
  • Partner with the Ireland Employee Relations Lead in reviewing the need for new policies and/or revision of current policies and procedures according to business needs, best practices and changes to legislation
  • Partner with Legal and HR Leadership on high complex / high risk employee relations matters
  • Collaboration with Ireland Employee Relations Lead and the UK/EALA Employee Relations teams

 

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources.
  • Deep understanding of labor law and employment legislation.
  • Previous experience and demonstrable track record working in Employee Relations.
  • Experience of leading multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills - particularly with senior leadership.
