Job Title: Video Monetization Service Delivery Team Lead


Role Summary: 


The purpose of this role is to manage the Video Monetization team based in Dublin, Ireland.

The Service Delivery Team Leader is primarily responsible for end to end operations delivery and driving performance to provide high quality Partner support service to our client, in accordance with business priorities and targets. As the Service Delivery Team Leader in Operations, you will be accountable for leading a multi-lingual team. You will achieve results through people and process management.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage a high performing team of 10 analysts
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the  members of your team
  • Ensure that all client SLA targets are met, including aspects of: Performance Management, People Management, Other key roles (Quality Management, Policy update etc.)
  • Manage projects and programs related to improving service delivery to the clients customers
  • Drive opportunity for improvement across the operation
  • need to maintain flexibility regarding requests and actions assigned to meet the needs of the client
  • Promote an ethos and culture of improvement across the team
  • Communicate and celebrate success and achievements

Required Skills/Competencies/Experience

  • Team management experience in an international environment
  • Fluency in additional languages will be an advantage
  • Ability to identify and lead service improvement initiatives
  • Experience in handling escalations from both external clients and internal
  • Experience developing, measuring, and documenting improved efficiencies in workflow and system processes.
  • Must be able to clearly identify goals, communicate vision for the team, and then deliver results
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
  • Very good understanding of social media site
  • Analyzing performance issues & quality assurance.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with an “I can do attitude”.
  • Excellent proven record of performance in the last 10-12 months.
  • Able to resolve conflicts under pressure without supervision
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key cross functional business stakeholders
  • Ability to work on own initiative while in a Team environment
  • Excellent organisational & time management abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across both Accenture and the Client’s organisation
  • Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change
