  • The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate and manage a highly skilled sales team tasked with achieving sales metrics within defined sales area.
  • Management and delivery of all related sales operation metrics including abandon rates,AHT, absenteeism and attrition.
  • Ensure sales staff are fully briefed on all relevant information on a timely basis.
  • Coaching and performace managment to ensire highest leverl of preformace in team.
  • Pro-actively review department internal procedures with a view to continuous improvement of procedures and productivity and make recommendations as necessary.
 
Desired Qualifications, Training & Experience
  • Experience in managing an inside sales, lead gen or call centre team
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret team performance and market trend information
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team of inside sales, lead gen or call centre team
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed team targets
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • University degree in business or related field
  • A second language would be a plus but is not a necessity.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales revenue goals within defined territory.
  • Track and measure daily sales goals and metrics.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to understand how to achive their targets.
  • Enjoy taking ownership of on-going customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and closing the sale
