Based on the client site, you will be largely responsible for leading and crafting the end to end resourcing operations in a large IT Test function covering the areas of; supply planning, resource scheduling, onboarding/offboarding and induction, financial management, process efficiency, improvement and process adherence.
 
We are looking for someone with experience in stakeholder management across multiple diverse groups in a client facing environment. Additionally, you should be able to provide thought leadership to a client and have the ability to support and influence a client in their approach to attain execution excellence of their operations
 
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Your role will be to work collaboratively with project delivery teams and Client teams to manage the resourcing and operations and finance and operations of the unit
Resourcing Duties:
  • To be accountable for the end-to-end resourcing processes; which includes planning, fulfilment, on-boarding & off-boarding:
  • Ensuring the requirement for specialist skills to meet specific demand (“right person, right role”) while optimising value for money (offshore and management ratios)
  • Liaise with Talent Fulfilment, Recruitment, Contractor Exchange and offshore teams to ensure demand is filled in a timely, cost-efficient manner while maintaining a focus on skill retention within Accenture
  • Collaborate with the client and delivery teams to monitor and assess performance against key resourcing metrics and provide input to Governance meetings
  • Regular communication/reiteration of resourcing processes so that resourcing processes are fully understood and adhered to.
  • Manage resource approvals and contractor extension processes to ensure efficient handover to client team for consideration and approval
  • Develop, iterate and improve processes for the capture, tracking and reporting of account delivery information that drives account financials, working with Client Financial Management (CFM).
Finance and Operations Duties:
  • Work with the Delivery Lead and CFM to ensure effective management of billings and payments
  • Ensure consistent and effective methods & tools are in place and followed for all key processes
  • Financial management and reporting across a portfolio of projects
  • Provide management information and metrics to monitor status; highlight potential challenges/issues and support decision-making
  • Identify issues / improvements and work with team to design process & reporting changes
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong planning and delivery skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with ability to handle complexity
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify, and actively handle emerging & ad hoc issues
  • Financial Services Industry experience and familiarity with IT Test industry preferred
  • Operational & Governance Framework experience
  • Strong Excel skills and experience required
