Your responsibilities

  • You’ll lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Solution Architects and provide strategic support to pre-sales during the evaluation and selection phases of a sales lifecycle, thereby extending the solution expertise of your team, if needed.                                                 
  • Acting as a key expert in SAP technologies, you’ll serve as a primary conduit between our Industry Solution Teams and Sales.                                                                                                          
  • You’ll play a crucial role in the triage/qualification of opportunities in the Sales Pipeline, weighing our solution expertise, capacity and right to win.                                      
  • You’re comfortable with communicating to C-Suite leaders within clients our value proposition, from both a technical and business solution perspective.                                     
  • With your skills, you’ll ensure that our GTM scale initiatives (e.g. Packaged Solutions) are kept current, easily demonstrated to clients, and fully referenced. 


What we’re looking forward to

  • Deep and practical knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions including Payroll implementation
  • Leadership experience in SAP solutions architecture and ability to provide vision, clarity and insight to clients, prospects, colleagues, and partners                                      
  • Strong experience with tender and bid responses (RFIs/RFPs)   
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in solution architecting, leading, and implementing large enterprise applications like SAP/SuccessFactors/Sap Payroll.                    
  • Customer facing skills that allow demonstrations and discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices and risk mitigation                                                                           
  • Commercial mind-set that provides best value for money to the client, and ability to optimize delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions etc.
