IT System Engineer – Big Data Platform (all genders)

What we’re looking forward to

• Bachelor's degree (or comparable skills and knowledge) in computer science, software engineering, management informatics, or related discipline
• Deep experience with Linux and Python engineering, UNIX shell script programming
• Experience with Cloudera services (Knox, Hive, Hue, Ranger, HDFS, Yarn, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience with software architecture, design, and processes
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS systems (e.g. Oracle, DB2, and PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with essential web application, Apache/Tomcat (Java is a plus), SSO.
• Fluent English (Italian or German is a plus)
• An analytical mindset, integrated thinking, great troubleshooting skills, and a reliable, agreeable personality
