What awaits you

• By designing and implementing complex and versatile agile transformation projects, you’ll boost our clients’ business processes, efficiency and productivity. An example of your specialty: Agile Coaching.
• In this context you’ll coach different roles on various organization levels, e.g. scrum master, product owner, release train engineer, product manager, and leadership.
• According to the continuous improvement principle, you’ll examine and improve the customer's agile processes. Furthermore, you’ll introduce and, if necessary, roll out variety of agile methods and frameworks across the organization (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
• In your leading role, you’ll design change management initiatives and guide the client through the process of implementation of these tasks. Together with your Accenture colleagues and in cooperation with our clients’ stakeholders, you’ll envision agile trend topics and optimize internal company structures.
