A digital native with an analytical mindset and experience in providing digital marketing and communication strategies that facilitate the path for award winning creative output, you’ll drive clients’ success. Working closely with account managers, creatives, UX and production & works colleagues as well, you’ll lay the ground for sustainable ideas, quality engagement initiatives and memorable experiences across digital channel opportunities.


As part of the Boomerang team you’ll bring digital transformation to the life sciences industry through insight-backed creative solutions that enhance engagement with key target audiences and a focus on delivering measurable business value for our clients.


Your responsibilities:

  • Liaising with colleagues from various departments such as UX, IT, project management and analytics, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to develop strategic integrated marketing campaigns.
  • In order to identify, communicate and build new opportunities, you’ll analyze research on audiences, brand, culture and media channels, draw meaningful conclusions and present your insights and recommendations.
  • You’ll not only create inspiring creative briefs that are rooted in a single-minded proposition and translate insights into creative solutions but also lead the internal agency creative briefings together with the responsible account manager.
  • Passionate for delivering best in-class work, you’ll partner with go-to-market strategists and recommend relevant research that will aid in the user insight gathering and strategy development process.
  • Last but not least, you’ll participate in creative presentations.



  • A degree in marketing, communication or another relevant discipline combined with at least six years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing and communication, preferably in a creative or digital agency
  • A wide interest in the intersection between technology and culture/human behavior
  • Knowledge of planning, insight and analysis across multiple digital channels
  • Creative thinker with exceptional analytical and strategic strengths and the ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights
  • Extroverted personality, with well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills and an excellent command of English, both verbal and written
