WHO WE ARE 

We are looking for Analyst/ Consultant in our Health & Public Services Consulting team, focusing on the advisory and delivery of complex projects. 

The H&PS practice helps public sector organisations such as EU Institutions and Agencies to embrace innovation and transform fast, enabling them to operate smarter, achieve more and deliver improved services for citizens. H&PS is a welcoming community which performs both sales and delivery-related tasks for our business and our clients. 

As Business Analyst/Consultant, you will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and IT for public sector organisations such as EU Institutions and Agencies. In driven teams, you will develop innovative solutions that help them become ‘high-performance’ organizations. Typical short-term projects entail advising on AI, IT strategy in the context of changing regulatory landscape or performing feasibility studies. Longer projects allow you to contribute to the implementation of large-scale IT systems and process changes with wide-reaching impact within the European Union.  

Positioned at the crucial intersection of business, technology and industry, we devise creative new strategies based on trends, insights and data. With an eye for competitive advantage, digital disruption, operating models and the future workforce, we take on the challenge of designing and implementing transformative business solutions, using the newest technology.   

 

  

THE WORK:  

  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects for European Institutions and agencies by working together with small, medium or large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, research, business analysis, process design and change management. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and delivered solutions. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions. Ensure structured communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and delivered solutions. 

  • Business Development: Support efforts of sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. 

  • Industry Experience: Provide industry expertise and regulatory knowledge in one of the following areas: Borders Management, Law Enforcement, Public Health, Social Services & Employment, Defense, Public Finance, Green Transition, EU Internal Market, Data/AI/Technology & Security. 

  • Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups.  

  

We work mostly remotely, but some projects require travel and on-site work. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

 

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree is a must 

  • 2+ years of exposure to Consulting and/ or experience in the Public Service institution (local government, European Union institution, international agency or global NGO) 

  • Fluent English  

  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research to unearth facts, generate actionable insights, synthesize and present the findings  

  • Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights; command of data analytics & visualization tools. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cross cultural competence and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.  

 

NICE TO HAVE 

  • Exposure to Digital Transformation programs in the Public Services domain. Interest in technology trends and use cases with an ability to strike meaningful discussion 

  • Experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis). Structured thinking and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements 

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies  

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks  

  • Security Clearance EU/ NATO 

  • French language
