As an Enterprise Architecture Manager/EA Transformation Lead, you should have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering projects. With your impressive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape, disruptive technologies and trends in technology strategy, you will work in high-performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. 

  

What’s in it for you: 

  • Drive and develop technology vision, innovation, expertise and thought leadership in classical and AI-enabled enterprise architecture domain 

  • Conduct end-to-end architecture assessments, define solutions, optimize application portfolio, bring AI and agentic AI to client’s architecture and technology strategy and more 

  • Manage technology transition paths, considering a good understanding of functional AS-IS, and translate it into a mature TO-BE landscape, managing the entire transition process  

  • Provide architecture conscience, defining the right solution to meet the performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs 

  • Investigate business requirements and shape technology strategy, drive business transformation with a focus on functional rationalization and process optimization  

  • Assist our clients in creating and implementing sharp visions, strategies and roadmaps in the business and technology architecture domains that address the challenges and opportunities of new business models leveraging technology and possibly AI 

  • Support internal business development by conducting industry and company-specific research, and contribute to the development of proposal presentations 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, experience with a variety of technologies 

  • Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture experience with business acumen in the given Industry 

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, working with D-suite and C-suite 

  • Experience in complex transformation engagements, architecture roadmaps   

  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments 

  • Intellectual capacity and relevant experience in technology to develop creative solutions 

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Working Conditions: 

  • Employment contract (umowa o pracę)

  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  

  • Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
