Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice operates across industries to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), helping him or her to transform the finance function, using best practices to achieve improved business performance and create world-class finance capabilities. With deep knowledge in industry and functional area, our CFO & EV professionals are responsible for designing and delivering high value solutions that help our clients move forward in every part of their business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
As a Consultant in the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will be part of a team that analyses and improves the financial processes at leading clients in BeLux and abroad. You will be involved in building strong and long-term client relationships and business development activities.
Much of the work we do is at the cutting edge of innovation. We involve our consultants in the latest and newest innovative trends such as genAI, automation, data analytics and cloud computing. We are looking for talented and motivated people who will:
- identify and creatively solve complex problems for the CFO;
- design and re-engineer critical financial processes and reports.
- fundamentally transform the way the finance organization operates;

Qualifications
Your background
- Between 3 to 4 years of experience in finance controlling or consulting
- Master’s degree in applied economics, Commercial/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- High competence in developing presentations in MS Office PowerPoint and analyzing data in MS Office Excel
- Demonstrate understanding of evolving CFO agenda (tools, trends, role of finance)
- Ability to have confident conversations with finance executives of large companies
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit
- Effective communication in Dutch or French, and English
- Experience with Finance tools (SAP S4 Hana, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.) is a plus
