The work: 

Your role will require you to directly work with the client and the Accenture Account Leads, bringing ideas and innovation to designing, building, and running customer relationships, digital marketing, omni-channel solutions, sales operations, and customer success initiatives. You will be running the deal. You will also be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. You will sell Song’s wide portfolio of marketing, sales, and customer success offerings to the client.

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture clients across a variety of industries

  • Lead our Belux sales team and drive engagement across our full client portfolio to generate new opportunities around the customer agenda

  • Work with Accenture Song Industry leadership teams to develop and deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for key initiatives and play the role of a trusted advisor

  • Develop strategies for Accenture Song clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

  • Be a thought-leader in Customer challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative aspects, and help to define Points-of-view and offering with relevant Industry leads in various Marketing Services spaces, especially in evolving spaces

  • Develop requirements to ensure vision and recommendations translate to (and leverage) Accenture Song assets, products and services

  • Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level

  • Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships

Qualifications

Your background

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Minimum of 10 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Sales capture and/or delivery, Sales origination and closing deals that include significant process change, technology implementations, process outsourcing, and/or technology outsourcing on Salesforce and/or Adobe platforms

  • Minimum 2 years selling marketing Services, including but not limited to, AOR (Agency of Record) and Marketing Production.

Bonus points if:

  • Previous experience with closing $5-10M+ deals involving the areas of significant process change, technology implementations, content production, design and/or digital and experience products and platforms

  • Developing strategies and sales with emerging and established technologies like Automation and Artificial Intelligence

  • Have experience in storytelling and high-quality bid writing

  • Have been first chair on selling services deals in excess of $10M

  • Core sales consulting skills including: Executive & Digital Leadership, Workshop facilitation, Client interviews / focus groups, Run end-to-end sales cycles (origination -> solution -> close)
