As a Young Graduate within Accenture Growth Strategy, your responsibilities are extremely diverse. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team, using your creative and analytical skills to empower our clients by helping them navigate their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems. As part of a multi-skilled Accenture strategy team, you will be able to:
- Assist understanding the client’s business, the industry, competitive landscape and customer expectations and support make the link with technology, defining key strengths and improvement areas.
- Assist framing complex problems and develop recommendations based on industry & business knowledge and rigorous analysis.
- Assist in shaping and executing their business transformation agendas.
- Work with industry leading clients, helping to define and deliver state-of-the-art solutions for strategic C-Suite issues.

Qualifications
Your background
- You’re studying a master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering or a related field, and will be graduating in summer 2024;
- You have a passion to be involved in delivering business strategies, tackle complex problems to help our clients achieve high performance
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have professional proficiency in English, and Dutch or French
