Technical Architect (Public Services)

Introduction
We are looking for a Technical Architect in our Technology Health & Public Services group (Tech H&PS), focusing on the delivery of complex new IT related projects.
The H&PS practice helps public sector organisations such as EU and Belgian governmental institutions to embrace innovation and transform fast, enabling them to operate smarter, achieve more and deliver improved services for citizens. H&PS is a community which performs both sales and delivery-related tasks for our business and our clients
Your job
As a Technical Architect, you will work for a top client and focus on the following
Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery
Responsible for confirming the solution (application, technology) and overseeing its realisation.
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.
Coordinate technical leads to set up the proper development and quality assurance processes.
Maintain relationships with client architects.

Qualifications
Your background
Knowledge in business benefits of: Containers, Cloud Native, Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud, Modernization, Digital Decoupling
Architecting microservices and event driven architectures
Orchestration and container deployment based on Openshift
Ability to contribute RFP/RFI’s
Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch & French
EU Citizenship
Allow to apply for a EU Security Clearance certificate
Design: Cloud Design patterns: resiliency, scalability, availability, etc.
Nice to have: CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab), DevOps, Springboot, Node JS, Quarkus, Couchbase, MongoD
