As a Salesforce Program & Project Manager, you take a key role in leading transformation and bring the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and overall Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations
Lead large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of Salesforce
Leading teams of people on-shore and off-shore to deliver Salesforce solutions
Lead commercial campaigns and go-to-market activities
Leverage your market relationships, to win Salesforce work and grow the local Salesforce community
Join our Salesforce Management Meetings to contribute to the growth of our team, well-being of our employees and quality of deliveries by taking an active contribution into our internal initiatives
Not only you understand the Salesforce technology, but also how it supports the organizations in growing new capabilities and areas of business
You are eager to grasp the new trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
You really like to be client-facing and wish to develop a career that involves being at the forefront in communicating to C-suite individuals about how SAP can help them achieve their strategic initiatives

Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic career path
At least 2 years of experience in Project Delivery or Client Lead position on a large Salesforce transformation
You’ve worked in multiple Full lifecycle implementations
Experienced in a proven delivery model
Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
Strong communication, leading and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in Dutch or French and English
Flexibility to commute and travel on an occasional basis
