Under our brand “Accenture Operations”, we are looking for the below candidate with Project Support’s capabilities and an experience in supply chain activites. 


Accenture Operations provides businesses with the operational support they need to manage key periods of organizational change or respond to variations in marketplace demand, fulfilling both temporary and permanent client needs.

Supply chain services support customers at their administration of logistical processes. Our services consist from thematic resolution of administrative delays, supporting logistical departments, hands on running warehouses and optimizing administrative processes.


You will support different teams (from ~3 to ~10 people) and will report directly to the Operations Delivery manager. Your objective will be to follow up on the day to day business with the teams, have regular meetings with the client stakeholders to discuss performance and keep an eye out to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team for our client. You will define actions, planning, follow up and changes in agreement with the client and organize their implementation with the team. Currently, the scope of activities is highly dedicated to the supply chain activities (warehouse, tooling, procurement, project support). However, the team could evolve to other functional domains. 



Job Description:


Project Support

  • Manage team’s expectations
  • Day to day operational follow up with the teams
  • Planning and follow up of different teams
  • Manage client’s expectations
  • Keep the teams focused on the behavior and safety rules of client
  • Prepare and drive status meetings with client
  • Follow up on performance in accordance with client’s expectations
  • Support for ad-hoc project (audit,…)
  • Ensure the right communication between clients and teams
  • Prepare weekly communication to the different teams



Improvement actions


  • Define improvement actions based on encountered problems and issues reported by team members (e.g. implement new racks, and define new processes…)
  • Follow up with the local teams and with the client 
  • Implement improvements (Update procedures & instructions, Perform additional analysis (e.g. Over-deliveries in some warehouses, reservations on planning plants, open reservation, stock outs…)


 

People Support


Coach people (team leads and operational/administrative people)

Give training:

 

  • SAP
  • Supply Chain/Warehouse processes
  • Microsoft Office
  • Other (How does the printer work, my password is expired…)

Provide feedback on performance

 


Qualifications 


Hard Skills

  • Graduated business (logistics and supply chain is a plus)
  •  2 to 4 years of relevant working experience within Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
  •  Basics of purchasing, master data and maintenance processes
  •  Microsoft Office Expert (Word, Excel, Access)
  •  SAP MM and SAP PM: Good knowledge
  •  Very fluent in Dutch & French and good level of English


 

Soft Skills


  •  Very flexible to work on different locations in Belgium
  •  Client and results oriented
  •  Good communication skills and team player
