• A Master’s degree
• 7-15 years of relevant HR project- and/or consultancy experience
• Experience in one or more of the areas of:
o Strategic HR
o HR process (re-)design
o (Agile) Change Management
o Corporate Culture transformation
o (Digital) Workforce / business transformation
o Organization Design
• Knowledgeable on trends in Digital Human Capital/Digital HR
• Excellent communication skills in the English and French and/or Dutch language
