To strengthen our Talent & Organization team, we are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Manager with experience in HR, Talent Management, Organization Design and/or Change Management. Your role
As a Strategy (Senior) Manager Talent & Organization you will be responsible for designing, executing and leading strategy consulting projects in the areas of general HR, HR operating model redesign, strategic workforce planning, talent management, organization design, organization culture transformations and change management strategies. These projects take place at the intersection of Business and Technology, where we prepare organizations for the workforce of the future.
Some typical examples of how a day in the life of a Strategy (Senior) Manager Talent & Organization looks like:
  • Co-developing a talent strategy to ensure our clients’ employees get and retain critical (digital) skills and competencies (Workforce of the Future)
  • Assessing the current state of a company’s HR capability through qualitative and quantitative investigations, based on best practice examples (HR Benchmarking)
  • Defining a global HR operating model which is in line with business context and HR strategy (HR Organizational Design)
  • Designing change management strategies and coaching clients in realizing their business transformations, system implementations and digital transformations, ensuring successful execution. (Change Management)
  • Helping our clients build their own change management capabilities and equip them to lead “in the new”, by creating organizational agility and helping them build a workforce of the future. (Change and Agile Capability)
  • Defining an agile operating model that addresses critical trade-offs such as global scale versus local proximity and corporate governance versus business unit ownership of services and an organization design that effectively aligns people and processes. (Operating Model Design)
  • Identifying and building the required culture and behaviors to enable organizational agility. Co-designing culture and leadership strategies and action plans. (Culture Transformation)
These projects have a high strategic focus and are typically performed in short time-frames (1-3 months), which mostly lead to further transformation support and implementation performed by other Accenture entities like Management Consulting and Technology Consulting.
Last but not least, you will also contribute to developing thought leadership in the area of HR, Talent Management, Organization Design and Change Management, while contextualizing this information to others (in- and outside of Accenture).
Your Experience
  • Completed Master’s degree
  • 7 - 15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • HR process (re-)design
    • HR operating model design
    • Talent management strategy
    • Organization change management
    • Organization design
    • Culture transformation
  • Consulting skills/experience
You are also:
  • Knowledgeable of trends in Digital Human Capital
  • Excellent at communicating in Dutch, French and English
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and solution-oriented
  • Willing to work throughout Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and occasionally in other countries
