Working across industries and with transformative technologies such as cloud and blockchain to get the exposure you need to become an expert. From online and classroom trainings to getting certified in different domains such as Azure, SAP, Oracle and more, you can create your own learning path.

To prepare you for your role, you will be enrolled in our Technology Academy where you’ll build foundational skills and explore specialisations. You will then move on to client projects to tackle technically complex solutions, understand client needs, define technical requirements, and communicate how the technology solution will drive successful business outcomes.

To qualify, you need to be in your final year in uni or have graduated in the past two years.

This program is open to applicants from all disciplines and backgrounds. You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.

You should be able to collaborate with clients and co-workers alike, with strong communication skills to inspire others to engage in new technologies. You need to be a creative problem solver who can keep up with emerging technologies and seeks to become an expert in your chosen field.

Our graduate roles are open to those with a degree in any discipline, but having a science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) or business-related degree is a plus.

You’ll get details about completing a HackerRank test, which is an online technical knowledge assessment.

Successful candidates will be invited to an interactive virtual assessment day, which includes a team activity and case study.

Graduate positions are highly competitive. If you did not get offered a position in Accenture Technology but we think you could be a good fit for other parts of Accenture, we may offer you another graduate role.

Our graduate recruitment process opens for applications on 1 March and closes on 15 March. We’ll hold first-round interviews, the group assessment and final-round interviews between mid to late April. We plan to extend offers in early May.

Pending COVID-19 developments, we will hold interviews and the group exercises virtually – usually via Microsoft Teams.

Our graduate experience will be across two intakes: June 2021 and early 2022. However, other start dates can be arranged in some instances. In the online application, you can include any special circumstances regarding your availability.
