Together with a global team of innovators, you’ll think outside the box and work with the latest tech such as artificial intelligence and extended reality to crack complex business problems. Working in different industries such as Health and Public Services, Retail and Finance, you will help clients embrace technology to improve their products, services and resiliency.

 

Whatever role you’re in, you’ll have the chance to create 360-degree value for clients and our communities by embracing change. This means coming up with tech-based solutions that focus on six elements—growing revenue; enhancing customer, employee and partner experiences; pushing for sustainability; developing talent; creating an inclusive environment; and helping a client stand out in the market.

 

Sound like a lot? Don’t fret because we’ll give you the support you need throughout your career. From the Technology Academy where you’ll explore specialisations to world-class training and a career counsellor, we’ll help you build your dream career.

You can apply if you’re a uni student in your final year or have graduated in the past two years at the time of application. You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian permanent resident to apply.

 

Our program is open to everyone from all backgrounds and disciplines, but it’s a plus if you have a science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) or any technology-focused degree. You also need to be:

  • A creative problem-solver who can easily keep up with the latest innovations.
  • A tech advocate with awesome communication skills since you will interact with clients to find the best technologies to boost their business.
  • It’s also an advantage if you know how to code in more than one language.
  • A team player who loves to learn from others and continuously grow your skills and capabilities.

Unleash new skills and capabilities

We’re here to support you from day one. To give you a good head start, you’ll join our Technology Academy. This eight-day training program will introduce you to technology architecture, project management, service delivery and other key skills.

 

When it comes to training, different learning styles work for different folks. That’s why we offer various learning paths you can easily customise. Want to grow your programming expertise? Sign up for any of our domain or software certifications. You can also join our connected classrooms and face-to-face sessions with experts. If you’re more of a study-at-my-own-pace kind of student, we’ve got online learning boards that cover hundreds of topics. Plus, our leaders will mentor you and you will get to network with global colleagues working on some of the world’s biggest business challenges.

 

To help you become more confident in working with different clients, you will handle various projects. Pretty soon, you will have the skills to better identify client needs and propose and implement solutions.

Application 101

We get a huge number of applications so it may take us several days or weeks to review and respond to yours. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Here’s a quick look at our application process so you know what to expect at each stage:

Step 1: Application

In the online application form, tell us about your academic and leadership achievements, awesome teamwork experience and other things that will help you stand out. Share with us why you want to join us and what you are into. Don’t forget to upload your CV.

Step 2: Eligibility and HR review

To figure out what graduate role is perfect for you, we’ll check your CV and qualifications. We’ll then connect with you for the next steps.

Step 3: HR touchpoint

If something about you catches our eye, we’ll reach out for a chat. We’ll also let you know if we need to set another interview or do a skill test.

Step 4: Online technical test

Flex your technical knowledge and aptitude by acing our online HackerRank test.

Step 5: Virtual assessment centre

Congrats on passing the HackerRank test! Now it’s time to see how well you work in a team while solving a case study via a virtual activity.

Step 6: Final virtual interviews

Just one more step—An Accenture leader will chat with you to make sure you’re a good fit for us and that we’re the right company for you.

Step 7: Job offer

Awesome work! We’ll make you an offer and work with you to figure out a start date. Welcome to Accenture.
