As a business advisor, you’ll help the world’s leading brands and organisations envision their future and bring it to life.

Your daily work involves defining our clients’ strategic vision, designing customer experiences, developing business cases, identifying technology solutions and advising clients as they implement change in their businesses. You’ll analyse data, implement human-focused designs and run projects to rapidly deliver value for our clients.

You’ll create comprehensive value across industries as you develop strategies and manage a project while advocating for business excellence. How? By focusing on driving sustainable revenues, better experiences and inclusive environments.

If you love working with the coolest tech, we've got good news! Some of our grads will have the chance to focus on Applied Intelligence (AI) work. We’ll help you figure out if this field is right up your alley during the application process. In this area, you’ll work with clients to unlock the power of data analytics, AI technology and intelligent automation.

You can apply if you’re a uni student in your final year or have graduated in the past two years at the time of application. You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian permanent resident to apply.

Our program is open to everyone from all backgrounds and disciplines. You’re a good fit for a grad role if you’re a:

  • Creative and critical thinker, as well as a quick learner, with a passion for problem-solving and driving change.
  • Collaborator who loves building trusted relationships and can step into leadership roles.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys presenting and leading workshops.
  • Digitally savvy tech enthusiast who thrives on learning the newest technologies.

If you’re interested in our Applied Intelligence stream, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Experience and skills in statistics or data analytics and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx; and in programming languages including R, Python, Julia and SQL.

Application 101

We get a huge number of applications so it may take us several days or weeks to review and respond to yours. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Here’s a quick look at our application process so you know what to expect at each stage:

Step 1: Application

In the online application form, tell us about your academic and leadership achievements, awesome teamwork experience and other things that will help you stand out. Share with us why you want to join us and what you are into. Don’t forget to upload your CV.

Step 2: Eligibility and HR review

To figure out what graduate role is perfect for you, we’ll check your CV and qualifications. We’ll then connect with you for the next steps.

Step 3: HR touchpoint

If something about you catches our eye, we’ll reach out for a chat. We’ll also let you know if we need to set another interview or do a skill test.

Step 4: Virtual assessment centre

Congrats on reaching this stage! Now it’s time to see how well you and other applicants solve a virtual case study together.

Step 5: Final virtual interviews

Just one more step—An Accenture leader will chat with you to make sure you’re a good fit for us and that we’re the right company for you.

Step 6: Job offer

Awesome work! We’ll make you an offer and work with you to figure out a start date. Welcome to Accenture.

We know being a newbie can be overwhelming, so you’ll team up with a recent grad who will help you find your away around work. Aside from a work buddy, you’ll also have a career coach who will support you as you grow and reach your goals.

When it comes to training, different learning styles work for different folks. That’s why we offer various learning paths you can easily customise. You can also join our connected classrooms and face-to-face sessions with experts. If you’re more of a study-at-my-own-pace kind of student, we’ve got online learning boards that cover hundreds of topics. Plus, our leaders will mentor you and you'll network with global colleagues working on some of the world’s biggest business challenges.

With the help of our world-class training, you’ll have the skills and experience to become a trusted business advisor.
