The work you’ll be doing may include defining a strategic vision, designing customer experiences, developing business cases, identifying technology solutions and advising clients as they implement change in their businesses. You’ll be analysing data to drive decision making, applying human-centred design to improve customer outcomes and running agile projects to rapidly realise value.
Some of our consulting graduates will focus on Applied Intelligence (AI) work, and there will be opportunities during the application process to discuss whether this might be the right fit for you. In this area, you’ll help clients unlock the power of existing and new data with data analytics, use AI technology to develop new value streams and tap into intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency.
DO I QUALIFY?
To qualify, you need to be in your final year in uni or have graduated in the past two years.
This program is open to applicants from all disciplines and backgrounds. You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
You’ll need to be a creative critical thinker and quick learner who can effectively collaborate, build trusted relationships and step into leadership roles. We expect you to be digitally savvy and eager to learn more about new technology. As a strong communicator, you should feel comfortable presenting and leading workshops.
Our work in consulting is varied so we welcome people from diverse background and areas of study who have a passion for solving problems and driving change.
For applicants who are interested in our Applied Intelligence stream, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills will be key to your success. If you have experience in statistics or data analytics and skills in data visualisation tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx) or programming languages (including R, Python, Julia, and SQL), you could be a good fit.

Successful candidates will be invited to an interactive virtual assessment day, which includes a team activity and case study.
Step 5: Final virtual interviews
This step of the process involves a one-on-one interview with an Accenture leader to ensure that we are mutually a good fit for each other.
