Job Description

Accenture currently has an opportunity for a driven and experienced sales leader in their Sydney office. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team delivering digital marketing expertise to the Australia and New Zealand market, and an integral part of growing our business.

We are partnering with our client to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform.

We are looking for a people-orientated Cross-Functional Lead who has experience working across different work streams, building processes & strategies and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires you to operate effectively with client stakeholders and with other senior colleagues to ensure program initiatives are understood and consistently executed across a team of (currently) 63.

Responsibilities:
·    The role will report directly to the Operations Lead who may from time to time assign other tasks and responsibilities in addition to those listed below.
·    The role will be the single point of account for the client Program Management Lead and will work closely with the client to ensure programs and initiatives are well-supported and successfully executed across the team.
·    Consistent and successful implementation of program initiatives.
·    Coordinate between the different global teams with respect to initiatives and monitor consistency of process and outcomes across the global footprint.
·    Responsible and accountable for the outcomes and success of AOS, Tag, Content, L&D and QA. As such these resources will report into the Cross-Functional Lead.
·    Always think about the ‘bigger picture’ of how sales teams can function more efficiently and effectively. And will work to solve complex problems and build or deploy scalable processes. This requires thinking of new ways to solve existing problems use data, processes and fully taking advantage of existing technology (Salesforce, Outreach) and/or recommending new technology or process solutions.
·    Evaluate, recommend, scope and implement cross-functional process and/or system improvement initiatives designed to improve business outcomes.


 

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
·    Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a Sales environment (or equivalent).
·    Ability to make decisions using data with strong analytical and proven reporting skills.
·    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·    Extremely well organised and deadline and detail orientated.
·    Self-Starter mentality what is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives.
·    Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising environment.
·    Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and performance advertising is a strong advantage.
·    Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly.
