Job Description
Data & AI Technology Practitioner
Focused on growing Accenture’s Business, advising clients on data strategies, driving solutioning, deal shaping, and delivering data estate migration, modernization, unified data platform, data/analytics lake and advanced AI engagements. Developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients, advising them solving some of their most complex issues by bring the end to end capabilities of Accenture.
- Shape, sell and close deals typically greater than $10M that are single or multi service
- Target the right clients, build trust-based relationships that create value
- Understanding of and expertise in Data Analytics, AI, Generative AI and Cloud technologies
- Develop / create strong partnerships and relationships with senior stakeholders at the client
- Ability to originate new opportunities, by developing client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity
- Is able to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem
- Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Manage the opportunity from sales origination to close using deep sales process and offering expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years’ consulting experience in Enterprise Software / Solution / Service
- Prior experience in selling and delivering complex Data & AI solutions including Platform Modernization, Data Migration, Data Management, Data Mesh/Data Fabric.
- Technical understanding and expertise in Generative AI capabilities including LLM Ops, High Performance Compute Infrastructure, and Foundational Models.
- Direct experience of working with Google Cloud Platform, and/or other SaaS and PaaS Data Platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra etc.
- Working with Technology Ecosystem partners including hyperscaler and data platform providers.
- Creating and articulating a compelling and differentiated client value proposition
- Commercial, Deal Shaping and Contracting acumen
- Ability to guide a complex solution, problem solve and make decisions for the best interest of the customer and the business.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
