Job Description:
We are seeking Talent & Organization practitioners with extensive experience in designing and implementing effective organizational change solutions for large, complex digital transformation programs. Specifically, we are looking for practitioners with deep change management expertise for one or multiple of the following platforms: SAP (SuccessFactors/ S/4HANA), Oracle, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Workday, Salesforce.
You will help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of change management. You will collaborate and interact with various stakeholders such as clients, business leaders, project managers and IT teams to understand the scope of changes, assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks, and propose relevant change solutions and interventions to support the transition and help managers and employees adapt to the changes smoothly.
During the sales process, you will design change solutions for our clients’ most ambitious digital transformations, communicating these clearly and compellingly in writing and verbally, and work with our clients and broader Accenture team to mobilize the agreed change solution.
During project delivery, you will develop an overall change strategy and plan to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes, applications, or systems across the client organization.
Overall, your goal is to ensure that the organization embraces change positively and achieves its objectives with minimal disruption.
As a Senior Manager or Principal Director, you should be comfortable to lead teams and interact with senior executives internally and externally as you shape the overall change deal solution and deliverability.
Qualifications
Your Experience/ Qualifications:
Degree qualified or MBA/ Master’s degree with experience preferred
Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in driving change management-related programs (change enablement strategy, narrative and associated interventions, behavior change, change adoption design, digital communication and engagement, data interpretation for corrective actions, training support and business readiness)
Experience in end to end change solution scoping and planning, and familiar with sales deal shaping stages in a Consulting context
Experience in Change Management for SAP (SuccessFactors/ S/4HANA), Oracle, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Workday and/ or Salesforce projects, preferably at least 1-2 full cycles of implementation
Experience of working on digital transformations in a functional role for SAP (SuccessFactors/ S/4HANA), Oracle, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Workday, Salesforce projects will be a bonus
Certification in SAP (SuccessFactors/ S/4HANA), Oracle, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Workday and/ or Salesforce will be a bonus
Critical sales enablement skills that interpret and translate client requirements into a change solution
Has good business acumen and able to work closely with different teams in client engagements to ensure superior quality and content of RFP responses/ proposals
Good written and communication skills in English
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment
Key responsibilities include:
Accenture is looking for high-calibre change architects across APAC based in key locations across the region to design and deliver effective change solutions
Have deep understanding of the competitive landscape and knowledge of Accenture/ Change Management offerings to create win/ win solutions for our clients and Accenture
Work directly with internal Accenture domain architects, partner architects, client architects, and Accenture project teams to design a robust solution that exceeds client expectations
Communicate, interpret, and translate client or business requirements into competitive change management proposals, solutions and a compelling narrative that addresses client needs
Organize and drive business development efforts, including proposal development, scope of work, effort and resource modeling and client presentations
Participate in a quality review of change solution
Mobilize the agreed change solution in collaboration with our clients and broader Accenture teams and monitor/ manage execution
Lead, guide, support and collaborate with clients, Accenture change practitioners and subject matter experts
Participate in client orals presentation of change solution
Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language. Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus
Share and collaborate with Change Architects to share leading practice and key trends in the market. Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Focus about approximately 60% on deal solutioning and 40% on project delivery
Travel regionally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
