Talent Acquisition – Team Lead

Job Description as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will lead and coach a team of Recruitment Specialists, manage a key Client Group and be the point of contact to problem solve for the business on any issues related to delivery. In addition to this you will own and lead a range of process improvement initiatives that enable the function to continuously develop.

Your Role: Accenture is a complex and dynamic environment, so there is no typical day, however here’s a summary of the key responsibilities in the role of Team Lead in the Technology Recruitment team.

  • Coach, develop and support a team of Recruiters across the Technology group both on and offshore
  • Using data conduct regular 1:1’s and performance discussions to ensure individuals and the team are delivering at a high level
  • Train, coach and support your team ensuring wellbeing is front of mind and we have a collaborative and consistent approach being followed
  • Plan, prepare and present at business leadership calls using data to tell a story
  • Support your team to develop and implement short- and long-term talent acquisition plans/strategies aligned to the needs of the business and open vacancies
  • Own and drive I&D and broader strategic initiatives across the team
  • Be a trusted advisor for the business leads and their go-to for any escalations
  • Drive adoption of HR Tech and bringing others on the journey with our systems
  • Complex stakeholder management activities with HR, Business Leads, and the Talent team
  • Collate and present recruitment data that enables you to influence and drive decisions
  • Problem solve and find solutions that will continually develop our team and your team’s delivery to the business
  • Exercise subject matter expertise on applying internal and external staffing policies, standards, and/or regulations throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle to educate varied stakeholders on policy, system, and process issues in addition to identifying opportunities to optimize policies, systems, and processes.
  • Be the point of contact and owner of key programs and initiatives aligned to the development of the recruitment function

 Skills & Experience

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience either in-house or agency
  • Experience in leading teams and driving results
  • Strong management capability including providing, performance, coaching and support
  • Demonstrated ability in developing sourcing strategies in a competitive market
  • Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on excellence
  • Have a levelheaded, calm and mature approach
  • Have a data driven mindset and the ability to articulate numbers and trends
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced growth environment, gained from working in a large, matrix organisation
  • Naturally have a consultative approach to providing support and guidance to the team
  • Be comfortable with change and working in an agile and dynamic environment
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and ideally Workday ATS
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Established communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
