Deliver on the promise of Adobe’s technology by building out the best Adobe Personalisation and Customer Journeys Practice in the region. This leadership role allows you to shape an owned media performance marketing that delivers the value of data to our clients by helping them drive personalization at scale. From Conversion Rate Optimisation and Outbound Marketing Automation to Journey Management and inbound customer experience, you will bring together your expertise, best practices, and the best talent in the market to work with the considerable broader offerings already in Accenture.
Build the best Adobe led digital performance marketing team in :
Personalisation at scale, using data to create personalisation and testing programs to drive conversation.
Create, execute and optimize Customer Journeys that drive customer experience that can change behaviour and drive business outcomes.
Grow a key part of a new practice that has it’s own identity and unique place in Accenture in a way that can plug into other relevant groups and offerings.
Define key roles, skillsets both within the practice and the key roles that are dependencies for collaborating and working with.
Develop the processes, operating procedures and development programs that will allow the practice to scale and be cloned in market units -and by clients.
Work closely with marketing advisory and transformation teams to create innovative offerings and business models that are attractive to clients and remove the barrier to decision.
Create assets that can be used to position and originate opportunities for the practices’ offerings (to different parts of Accenture and to clients)
At least 10 years in the digital technology space with an understanding of digital marketing, digital advertising and customer experience.
Strong understanding of, and ability to articulate the impact of data on business outcomes.
Built, grown and developed teams that have delivered work that has delivered significant ROI and moreover is recognised and highly valued by clients.
Helped clients transfer knowledge and become successful on their own based on the team’s best practices.
Hands on knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (and ideally it’s competitors).
