Qualifications

  • Experience in architecting ServiceNow solutions, in particular solutions leveraging the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model.

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience designing solutions hosted on AWS.

  • Proficient in Javascript.

  • ITIL certification.

  • Deep experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment.


Location: Melbourne preferred. Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney considered

AU Citizens with NV1 Clearance are required for this role due to the nature of the work.
