Role Responsibilities:
Designing and deploying the technology architecture used by business applications, including the underpinning infrastructure and middleware components required by each application
Adhering to and contributing to IT security and environment standards and policies
Contributing to developing optimised design and delivery processes using automation, process improvement and the introduction of new technologies
Contributing to project delivery activities, including planning and estimating and status reporting
Supporting non-production environments through Incident, Problem and Change processes
Skills required:
Strong engineering experience with AWS, VMware, Windows and Linux
Experience with database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and mySQL
Understanding of network, operating system and storage domains
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Due to the secure nature of the role, Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance will be preferred.
