Qualifications

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience admninistrating ServiceNow ITSM, with experience of other SerivceNow applications highly regarded

  • Good troubleshooting skills and Javascript skills

  • Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification

  • ITIL certification

  • Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment with many stakeholders.
