Qualifications

  • Providing input into the NCIS Program Management Plan and the development of the statement of work for each program increment and associated schedule
  • Conducting release train ceremonies, including program increment planning, showcases or demonstrations, scrum of scrums, inspecting and adapting as well as synchronisation across the train and improvement planning
  • Ensuring alignment of all teams on the agile release train with the agile and scrum processes, practices, patterns and principles and contributing to the organisation's progress in agile maturity through contributions to the Strategic Working Group
  • Driving, managing and co-ordinating team objectives for the program increment, creating and publishing roadmaps for visibility and transparency and anticipating, recognizing and resolving impediments, solving complex problems, identifying patterns and managing dependencies
  • Providing leadership and direction to a release train and ensuring employees maintain a high-level of specialist, professional and/or technical expertise through coaching and training, and implementing and promoting a climate of change and continuous improvement
  • Applying and maintaining a high level of knowledge on the information management system, quality assurance and change control processes to coordinate quality reviews of documentation and processes to ensure effective management of features and/or release train
  • Provide support to conduct releases on time, on budget and full scope that meet or exceed customer expectations
