Job Description


As the Recruitment Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters as well as being responsible for driving the overall recruiting strategy in conjunction with the ANZ Recruiting Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of recruiting professionals who are responsible for executing the recruitment plan
  • Partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of their group priorities. Formulate and recommend recruitment strategies that will support achievement of these priorities
  • Report on status, effectiveness and quality of sourcing efforts, team member productivity/activity and issues, recommend actions to ANZ Recruitment Director
  • Ensure that sourcing processes are innovative and effective. Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Utilise reporting from our ATS to drive recruitment source channel optimization & provide accurate, real time data and insightful analytics
  • Use data and analytics to shape strategy and make informed recruitment decisions
  • Provide operational support to ANZ Recruitment Director

Key Responsibilities


  • Help drive end to end recruitment process to ensure business demand is met
  • Work with recruiting team to monitor and evaluate selection process and ensure it is meeting the needs of the business
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and opportunities to further streamline recruiting processes
  • Manage relevant business and candidate escalations 

Business and HR Interface:

  • Develop and manage relationships with Accenture ANZ Leads to understand their business objectives and provide recruitment progress updates
  • Ensure that business and HR are updated on the status of the overall recruiting pipeline and metrics, initiatives underway and challenges/ risks
  • Collaborate with the other Recruiting Leads, Channel Management leads and Marketing to develop appropriate recruiting activities and processes and ensure consistency/ standardisation in recruiting practices
  • Work closely with Talent Supply team to understand demand and manage workbench input and updates

Key Relationships


  • Within Recruitment:  ANZ Recruitment Director, ANZ Operations & Reporting Lead, Sourcing Team, Recruiters, Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE)
  • Within HR, the Business, and other ACN groups: HR Business Partner(s), Business Leads, Talent Supply and Demand.


  • Coordinate a team of recruiters to deliver the Recruitment Plan
  • Undertake status updates to understand progress against targets
  • Work with the recruiters to understand demand and set clear objectives
  • Motivate and monitor performance of the recruitment leads


Qualifications and Experience


  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruiting and latest developments in sourcing innovation
  • Knowledge of recruiting performance measurement and target metrics
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong communication (written and spoken), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in helping drive process improvements
  • Deep understanding of the local recruiting market

Work Experience

  • 7+ years’ work experience in Internal or Agency recruitment function 
  • Strong experience sourcing via Social Media, Employee Referrals, Alumni channels
  • Relationship management at Managing Director/Senior Stakeholder level
  • Team building, people development and coaching
